MPR Site Services is a growing construction recruitment business based in Manchester. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
Previous recruitment experience is essential. Construction recruitment experience is preferred but not essential.
The Role
* Managing and developing existing clients and candidates
* Sourcing and interviewing candidates
* Taking new vacancies and making placements
* Building strong client and candidate relationships
* Winning new business and developing your own desk
* Working towards individual targets

* Previous recruitment experience is essential
* Confident communicator with strong sales and relationship-building skills
