All levels of recruitment experience will be considered from resourcing to senior managing consultant level and team leader
As a Recruitment Consultant & Fee Earner, this is a great move into the executive search market /niche engineering and technical professional sectors.
* You will be working in a supportive and well-established team of recruiters and hiughly experienced hands on CEO
* Joining an expanding profitable business with future career options and working arrangements available to suit your individual needs.
* You will be welcomed into the company by being warmly introduced /networking with existing clients &business relationships. As well as building your own network and engineering technical recruitment markets .
* As a recruiter you will be maintaining and developing a profitable, compliant, and professional desk or division. You will be building on strong historical and warm relationships on a retained (mostly) and/or a contingency basis
* Future equity and shares in the business after a qualifting period
As a Recruitment consultant /senior recruitment consultant /managing recruitment consultant you will be involved in all aspects of the professional recruitment campaigns including
* Full management of the of the clients and candidate relationships
* Looking after the existing clients to ensure the exceptionally high levels of repeat business continues.
Experience required:
* Some recruitment consultant /fee earning background (essential)
* Open to sectors as well as desk experience but have an interest in the engineering technical professional markets.
* Temps or Perms, Contracts or Interim, Contingency or Retained .
* This could be your first move into a specialist engineering recruitment technical sector or you may already be an established recruiter seeking more flexibility, better rewards or a more supportive and interactive environment.
