The Company
A specialist non-tech recruitment company based in central Canterbury are seeking a recruiter to join their team. This position is Hybrid. They are paying £23,000 to £30,000 depending on experience. Ideally you will have 6 months plus recruitment experience.
The Role
You will work with the senior team who are the main client contacts for businesses in Dubai. You will do resourcing delivery and initially take over more of the process with clients in time. You will also receive coaching and training to become 360 and do your own business development. This position will require international travel to Dubai. Ideally in time you might want to relocate there, this isn't essential but would be great if you did want to in time.
Selling Points
* In Dubai the invoice values are £20 to £50k meaning that each placement as a 360 you would be earning £8 to £20k in commission.
* Uncapped commission without a threshold. You will earn 10 to 40% in commission of the deal value of every person you place. E.g. if you placed two people in one month and the company earnt £30,000 for this business you would take 40% of this as commission. So this is a very high earning role.

Requirements
* You will need at least 6 months of recruitment agency experience (a contingency agency)
* You will have strong verbal communication and relationship building skills and have a positive attitude, an optimistic approach
* You will have a strong desire to achieve and be successful and proven success in an area of your life whether that is work or extracurricular activities
* You will be a strong written communicator with high level of problem-solving skills and situational judgement
* You will be able to travel frequently to Dubai and possibly move there in the future
