What will this entail?
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients within the commercial sector.
Understand client requirements, business objectives, and cultural fit
Proactively identify new business opportunities to expand client base
Actively follow the weekly sales cycle, to generate new business
Match qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities within the commercial sector.
Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source suitable candidates
Conduct candidate screenings, arrange interviews, and complete compliance checks
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Manage the offer negotiation process and assist in the successful placement of candidates.
Ensure clear communication for all key stakeholders
