KM have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and engaging individual, who is looking to support the wider community and lower unemployment rates.
The successful candidate will have prior experience of working within a B2B sales / account management OR business development role.
The Role:
Proactively engage with local employers to source employment opportunities for a caseload of unemployed individuals.
Work towards and achieve targets and KPI's for job starts / placements.
Completing all necessary paperwork in line with compliance and quality standards.Essential Criteria:
Must have experience of working within B2B sales, account management OR business development.
Must have experience of working within a service delivery team.
GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification) OR achievement of a Level 2 in Literacy Assessment at interview stage.
A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.Please note:
