The Role - Recruitment Consultant
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing a 360 recruitment desk within specialist markets.
Develop new business and build long-term client relationships
Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
Source, interview and manage high-quality candidates
Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process through to completion
Build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
Work alongside an experienced and successful recruitment team
About You - Recruitment Consultant
You'll already have agency recruitment experience and be looking for a business where your efforts are recognised.
Previous recruitment agency experience is essential
Confident building relationships and developing new business
Self-motivated with a proactive approach
