Location: Runcorn
Salary: £28k to £45k plus commission
Dual desk
1 day WFH

We are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a well-established Engineering Recruiter based in Runcorn working within a dynamic and professional environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant with a proven track record to take ownership of a desk and develop it further, with the full support of a wider network and excellent back office facilities.
There are a number of roles you can work on from day 1 as they currently have more jobs they can fill but still expect someone to be able to operate as a 360 and also find roles to fill themselves, though there will be plenty to keep you busy in the interim.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full 360 recruitment process across permanent and/or contract roles
* Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive business growth
* Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline within Engineering (most sectors and disciplines such as M&E, Piping, EC&!)
* Source, interview, and place high-quality candidates in line with client requirements
* Proactively develop business through both telephone and face-to-face engagement
* Maintain accurate records and deliver a professional, consultative service at all times
Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 6 months’ experience in 360 recruitment, will also look at a resourcer
* Demonstrable track record of billing success
* Background within Engineering or related sector preferable
* Business development skills with the ability to win and retain clients
* Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building abilities
* Proactive, driven, and commercially focused
* Willing to pick up the phone
