We are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results for both clientand candidates.
With hybrid working available, you’ll have the flexibility to balance office collaboration with home working, while still being fully supported by a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to placement
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
* Developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
* Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process
* Keeping up to date with market trends and industry insights
About You
* Previous recruitment experience is essential (any sector considered)
* Proven track record in achieving or exceeding targets
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
* Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively
* Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
