Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm

We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of client accounts, win new business, deliver exceptional candidates, and help develop junior consultants.
The Role
* Win new business and grow existing client accounts
* Earn 10% commission on your billings
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy to placement
* Build and maintain strong, high-quality candidate pipelines
* Develop long-term client and candidate relationships
* Consistently hit and exceed billing targets
* Support and mentor junior consultants, sharing your experience and knowledge
What You’ll Bring
* 1+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally within Industrial recruitment
* A proven track record in a target-driven recruitment environment
* Strong business development and relationship-building skills
* Commercially minded, resilient and highly motivated
* A proactive approach with the drive to win
* Full UK driving licence
