360 RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – KBB
Location: Atlanta House, Higham Ferrers
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Commission: Generous commission structure
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time – 37½ hours per week Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm – No Weekends
Do you have KBB experience and want to become a recruiter?
Simon Acres Group Ltd is a specialist recruitment business working across the Kitchen, Bathroom & Bedroom (KBB) and Merchant sectors.
We're looking for someone with KBB industry experience who wants to take that knowledge into a new career in recruitment.
You might currently work in KBB sales, kitchen design, a showroom, manufacturing, supply, account management or another customer-facing role within the industry.
You don't need previous recruitment experience – we'll provide the training and support you need to become a successful recruiter.
You'll join our specialist KBB recruitment team, building relationships with industry professionals, developing your own network and helping clients find the right people for their businesses.
The role
* Build strong relationships with KBB clients and candidates.
* Use your existing KBB knowledge to understand roles, businesses and candidate experience.
* Source, interview and qualify candidates.
* Develop and manage your own candidate and client network.
* Generate new business and identify opportunities within the KBB market.
* Work towards agreed targets and KPIs.
* Manage the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement.
* Attend relevant KBB industry events and exhibitions.
* Develop your recruitment and business development skills with full training and support.
We're looking for someone who:
* Has experience within the KBB industry.
* Is confident speaking to people and building relationships.
* Has a commercial and sales-focused mindset.
* Is ambitious and motivated to succeed.
* Is confident, proactive and keen to learn.
* Can work towards targets and KPIs.
* Wants to build a long-term career in specialist recruitment.
* Has a full driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
* Previous recruitment experience isn't essential – your KBB experience is what we're particularly interested in.
