Providing Office support including Customers and Employee support

Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity

Researching Company Data and Archived Reports

Keeping Computer Data Base up-to date

Interacting with Clients either on the phone or in person

Answering phones and connecting calls to the proper Departments

Taking Phone Messages and passing them on

Following up on Business Communications, billing and ordering

Invoicing
*
Using Spreadsheet to track expenses and company spending

Collecting and inputting Company Data
*
Making Travel arrangements for Employees as when required
*
Building Relationships with Clients
*
Sending Faxes, emails, scanning Documents
*
Writing and Editing Company Documents
*
Collecting and sorting post
*
Assisting with Minor Technical Support
*
Carrying out Interviews on new Staffing as required
*
Processing and Storing Confidential Legal Documents
*
Shadowing new members of Staff including Apprentices
*
Maintain Company Policies and Procedures
*
Report Any incidents
*
Organise and Coordinate Staff Training
*
Organise Staff Meetings and Minutes
*
Staff recruitment for placement
*
DBS checks
*
Experience in 360 recruitment
* Book staff and arrange accommodation for placements
Oncall on weekends as required
