Working alongside our founders and senior staff, this will be a 360 recruitment consultant role covering both the delivery and sales side of recruitment while focusing on a niche engineering sector, over time, becoming an expert in both recruitment and your niche market. As you progress, you will establish and develop key accounts, taking on responsibility for evolving client relationships and owning the recruitment delivery process
