Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Sales Professional with a successful track record of delivering first-class service? If this sounds like you, Pertemps Didcot are looking for an ambitious, sales focussed Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team. We are open to applications from candidates with varying experience levels, however the successful candidate will have previous experience in a fast paced sales environment.

The position:
You will be working within our Didcot branch, alongside a team of highly skilled recruitment professionals. The role will involve but is not limited to:
Business development calls.
Client meetings – Face to face and Virtual.
Sourcing and screening candidates for commercial permanent vacancies.
Understanding candidates career aspirations and building relationships.
Advertising roles and pro-actively searching for candidates via job boards and social media.
Carrying out competency-based interviews.
Bringing on new clients and nurturing and maintaining existing client relationships.Requirements:
Due to the location, a full driver’s licence is required.
Previous experience in a Sales or Recruitment role is essential.
Office 365 experience.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise work effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed.
A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to succeed.Working for Pertemps:
