Permanent Recruitment Consultant – Construction
We’re looking for an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join Think Recruitment in Nottingham.
The opportunity sits within our Construction business, but we’re very open to talking to successful recruiters from other sectors. For us, the person matters as much as the market.
We want someone who knows how to build a successful desk, develop good client relationships and create opportunities.
Someone who has the drive to grow their market, the confidence to make things happen and the character to do it in the right way.
We’ll give you the support, tools and autonomy to succeed. In return, we expect high standards, pace and a willingness to take ownership.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Building and developing a successful permanent desk
• Winning new business and growing existing relationships
• Building strong candidate networks
• Managing the recruitment process properly, from start to finish
• Working with pace and keeping momentum
• Looking for opportunities, solving problems and adding value
• Ultimately, generating fees and building a successful business
We’re looking for someone with permanent recruitment experience who is commercial, proactive and comfortable with business development.
Construction experience would be great, but it isn’t essential. If you’ve built a successful desk in another sector and think your skills would transfer, we’d still like to talk to you.
