Join our #OneBlueFamily at our well-established Newbury branch to develop and grow a warm desk that supplies temporary staffing solutions to our clients in the Swindon, Newbury and Oxfordshire remit.

As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow we embrace hybrid working and offer our people the flexibility to work from home for a proportion of their week after training. We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant will include:

Proactively develop new and existing business by identifying and establishing client relationships and increasing share of wallet across all recruitment sectors that fall within our remit and sectors
Business to business outbound sales calls and working to targets
Travelling to visit clients for meetings so you will be a driver and have access to your own car
Sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary bookings
Managing existing Accounts and relationships
Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systemsBlue Arrow is a leading global Talent Acquisition and Managed Workforce Solutions provider. Salary basic up to 26k basic + uncapped bonus
Hybrid working- 2 days from the Newbury office and 3 days working from home

You can join as a Trainee if you have no recruitment but do have sales experience, then be promoted from a Recruitment Associate to Consultant following successful completion of probation
