360 Recruitment Consultant – Tech or Sales | Synerjy Consulting
Location: Remote / WFH
Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission (realistic OTE double your base and beyond)
Synerjy Consulting is a global tech and sales recruitment business. We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced 360 consultant who wants to build something for themselves, not just hit someone else's targets.
If you've got a proven track record in tech or sales recruitment and you're tired of red tape, micromanagement, and capped earnings, this is worth a conversation.
The role
You'll run a full 360 desk across tech or sales recruitment, permanent or contract. That means your clients, your candidates, your pipeline, your way of working. We're not interested in babysitting a desk. We want consultants who know how to build one and can be trusted to get on with it.
What you'll be doing
* Business development and building your own client base
* Managing the full recruitment cycle from brief to placement
* Sourcing and screening top talent in tech or sales markets
* Negotiating offers and closing deals
* Growing a specialist market or vertical that becomes genuinely yours
What we're looking for
* A proven track record in 360 recruitment, ideally in tech or sales
* Someone who's comfortable working independently and doesn't need constant oversight
* Resilience, drive, and a genuine hunger to earn well
* A background in competitive sport is a big plus. We like people who understand targets, pressure, and what it takes to win
