Job Title: Recruitment Consultant - Starting Your Own Desk
Location: London
Salary: Competitive + Commission
Are you an ambitious and driven recruitment consultant looking for an opportunity to start your own desk? We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team and build a successful desk within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Build a desk from scratch, including developing a client base and sourcing candidates
- Conduct candidate screening interviews to assess their suitability for roles
- Negotiate salary and benefits packages on behalf of candidates
- Develop relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing suitable candidates
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to making job offers
- Maintain accurate records of all candidate and client interactions in our CRM system
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to build your personal brand and develop new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a successful recruitment consultant
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- A track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with recruitment technology and social media platforms
