Location: Welwyn Garden City (office based)
Salary: £30,000 basic, £45,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm

The role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the heart of our schools' staffing, matching great educators with the classrooms that need them. No two days are the same, but your role will include:

* Building and developing relationships with schools, headteachers and business managers

* Sourcing, interviewing and registering teachers, teaching assistants and cover supervisors

* Managing daily supply bookings, including early morning cover requests

* Placing candidates into long-term and permanent roles

* Carrying out compliance checks to keep safeguarding standards high

* Growing your own desk through business development and account management

About you

We're open to experienced recruiters and to people looking to start a career in recruitment. What matters most is that you are:

* Confident on the phone and great at building rapport

* Organised, able to juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure

* Motivated by targets and rewarded by results

* Passionate about education and making a difference to schools and pupils

* Previous recruitment, sales or education experience is a bonus but not essential

* £30,000 basic salary with realistic OTE of £45,000
