Adecco have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our highly prestigious account based in Leyland. We are looking for an enthusiastic, and positive person to join our team and provide a proficient and high-quality service to our client and our temporary workers, through assisting the onsite Contract Manager and contract consultant with recruiting, pay roll and general administrative duties.

What you'll be doing
As a Contract Consultant, you will assist the Contract Manager with delivering great customer service to the client and candidates
Shop floor presence building strong foundations with the contractors.
Running weekly pay roll for all temporary workers including holiday, sick pay and maternity/paternity pay forms
Monitor payroll activity and respond to payroll queries as they arrive within the required time frame
Sourcing and pre-screening candidates over the telephone when required.
Responsible for the entire on boarding process of all new temporary workers, this includes right to work checks, issuing new starter paperwork and completing drug and alcohol testing.
Assisting temporary workers with any general queries or issues
Schedule any training for our workers
Assist in recruiting quality candidates and responsible for their aftercare whilst on assignment with Adecco and the client
About you
Desired experience within a similar role, including administration, recruitment sourcing and coordination
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent relationship building skills with both internal and external workers
Time management, prioritisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines
Good knowledge of MS office packages and ability to quickly learn new systems
Desired knowledge of HR procedures and Right to Work legislation Confident, able to use own initiative and mange own workload
Resilience, self-motivated, and the ability to work under pressure
Demonstrated focus on client and candidate relationships
