Joining an established and growing team, you will have the opportunity to build and develop a specialist Education recruitment market, partnering with Local Authorities across the UK. You'll work on a broad range of appointments from Officer through to Director level, helping public sector organisations attract and secure high calibre talent that delivers real impact within communities.
You'll be given the autonomy to grow your network, develop long term client partnerships and establish yourself as a market expert within the Education sector. Whether you're already working in a 360 recruitment role or have strong client facing account management experience, we're looking for ambitious people who enjoy influencing stakeholders, negotiating successful outcomes and creating opportunities. Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant:

Build and develop lasting relationships with clients across your specialist market
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive business development activity
• Manage key accounts, providing a consultative and solutions-focused service
• Source, engage and support candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Develop market expertise and become the go to specialist within your sector 
Your Experience as a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant:

Previous recruitment experience with a track record of achieving results; OR
• Strong business development and account management experience with direct client ownership
• A natural ability to build credibility, influence stakeholders and develop relationships
• Commercially driven, ambitious and motivated by success
• A proactive, resilient and positive approach to achieving goals***
