An exciting opportunity has arisen in our sales and recruitment department, and we are looking for a talented, experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly team.
Role Description:
As a 360-recruitment consultant, you're the vital link between our services and staff Team. The role is exciting and diverse. It involves:
* Understand the clients’ staffing needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions in both Temporary staffing and domiciliary care.
* Collaborate with management to create compelling job descriptions and advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts.
* Identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and referrals.
* Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit. Conduct face to face, phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability, briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new staff and Clients.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients and candidate interactions.
· Manage, develop, and grow a recruitment desk (temporary staffing/ domiciliary care focused)
· Work towards KPIs
Person Specification / Experience:
* Recruitment Consultant Experience: 1 year (Required)
* Knowledge of the Health Care sector (preferred)
