We are seeking a motivated Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Sales specialism team in Preston. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.
Role: Recruitment Consultant - Permanent Desk

Location: Preston
Basic Salary: £24,000 to £26,500 with annual pay reviews.
Year 1: £33,000 to £37,000 OTE per annum (DOE and including uncapped commission)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 per week
Contract: Full Time Permanent
In this position, you will focus on growing our reach to the Northwest by securing Telesales, BDM’s & Sales Managers positions. You will source suitable candidates, build and maintain relationships with clients, and provide exceptional service that upholds our market-leader reputation.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Strategic business development - B2B phone sales & written sales.
