ITS are on the lookout for a Recruitment Consultant to join our ITS Cheltenham office.

You will receive structured training from our in-house professional trainer as well as on-going support and development. You will be sourcing candidates and securing your own clients. You will be surrounded by experienced consultants who have been through the same process as you.
As well as a strong starting salary, ITS offer uncapped commission; this means the amount of work you put it will be directly reflected in your take home pay. We also regularly run incentives including trips abroad, lunches, and vouchers!
We are continually expanding our business and have been for the last 50 years; we now have 25 offices nationally.
