Recruitment Consultant
Teach is an established education recruitment agency providing primary, secondary and SEN teachers, ECTS’s and teaching assistants to schools throughout the East for short term, day-to-day, and long-term assignments.
We are looking to recruit a consultant to join our busy Norfolk office. This is a fast-paced role which involves meeting KPIs and building strong working relationships with new and existing clients.
Hours of work are 7am-5pm term time and 9am-4pm in the school holidays. Due to our office location a driving licence is essential.
Requirements
* Ideally experience in Recruitment, sales, account management or in business development roles
* IT skills - you will need to be comfortable working with a range of software
* Excellent communication and administrative skills
* Good Attention to detail
* Good time management, organisation skills and ability to work under pressure
* Self-motivated and driven
Responsibilities
* Placing candidates into client schools
* Generate new business through sales calls and existing customer account management
* Negotiations with clients and candidates
* Ongoing customer account management with clients and customer service with candidates
