TSA Surveying is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Property Division. Recruitment experience is preferable however someone with confidence, resilience and the drive to succeed will be considered.

With expert training, ongoing support and an established market behind you, you’ll develop into a successful Recruitment Consultant within a specialist property recruitment business.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

Building relationships with candidates and clients
Sourcing and attracting talented professionals
Understanding career goals and matching people with opportunities
Managing recruitment processes from start to finish
Developing your own specialist marketWhat We’re Looking For

Keen to learn and progressPrevious experience in recruitment, property, estate agency, lettings, sales or customer service would be desirable, but attitude and potential are what matter most.
