Due to steady and solid growth we are now looking for an additional Recruitment Consultant to join our small, enthusiastic team who are passionate about the finance sector.
This is an established division where the team are thriving and it will be your mission to support the team on the candidate side of the recruitment journey.
This is a 180 Delivery role
Based in beautiful offices in the centre of Leeds daily tasks will include:
* Attending client visits and understanding the role thoroughly
* Writing adverts to attract top talent
* Using job boards and Linked in to identify potential candidates
* Reaching out to candidates and building rapport
* Pre-screening and interviewing the most suitable candidates
* Arranging Interviews between candidates and clients
* Delivering an outstanding level of customer service to both client and candidate
What can I earn as a Recruitment Consultant?
The basic salary for the Recruitment Consultant is £25,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
In addition, you can earn a personal performance bonus in the role if you hit your targets. Full details about the scheme will be revealed on application.

About You:
* Do you have a minimum of 6 – 12 months recruitment experience or outbound sales experience?
* Do you have a desire to work as a recruiter in the finance sector?
* Do you enjoy working towards targets and meeting deadlines?
* Can you ‘walk the walk’ and demonstrate that you can deliver results?
