What You'll Be Doing
Developing and growing your own specialist recruitment market
Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Winning new business and developing existing accounts
Managing recruitment campaigns from vacancy qualification through to placement
Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and networking
Negotiating offers and delivering successful placements
Conducting client meetings and developing new opportunities
Working towards targets, earning commission and building a successful deskBenefits
