Oakridge Recruitment Ltd are a professional recruitment agency based in Trowbridge. We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join the team with the remit of building out their own desk within a market they have a tried & tested track record within. That could be across the industrial, education, agricultural, finance market; you name it, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
This is a full-time role, you will have a minimum of 3 years same sector experience and be responsible for new business development, sourcing, screening, and matching candidates to job openings in your specialist sector. We will offer a 4.5 day working week, 25 days holiday (increasing to 26 after 2 years) and increasing by one day for every year worked up to 30 days plus bank holidays.

Qualifications & Experience
* 3 years+ 360 experience across a particular recruitment sector
* Proficiency in interviewing and assessment techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
* Ability to effectively communicate and understand client and candidate requirements.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills
* Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
