Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the team.

We have spent years building strong client relationships and trusted candidate networks through consistent, high-quality work. For the right person, that foundation, combined with their own ambition and commitment, creates the opportunity to build something genuinely significant.

You will be joining a team led by some of the most experienced recruiters in our specialism. Staff retention at Zest is well above the industry average, which says a lot about both our culture and our people.

This role involves taking over a warm desk with existing opportunities and client relationships. We are looking for someone with recruitment experience and the ambition to make the most of it. Experience recruiting within the food & drink manufacturing sector would be a real advantage, but it isn't essential. A genuine interest in the sector is.
