Description:

Duties:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their staffing needs, and provide them with tailored recruitment solutions. Utilise various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract potential candidates. Review resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to assess their skills and experience.
Assist negotiation of job offers between clients and candidates. Assist candidates with paperwork, orientation, and integration into the client's organisation. Monitor recruitment metrics, track candidate progress, and provide regular reports to clients. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Attend training sessions, and seek opportunities for professional development. Collaborate with colleagues, share knowledge and resources, and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team and the company
