Recruitment Consultant – Permanent Recruitment

Location: Lowestoft

Office Based, Full Time

Are you an experienced recruiter ready to take ownership of a warm desk and build on established client relationships?

We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Lowestoft team, managing a permanent recruitment desk with existing clients, active vacancies and genuine opportunities for growth. If you're motivated by people, sales and delivering results, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

You'll be joining a successful and established team with a warm permanent recruitment desk, giving you the opportunity to focus on building relationships, developing existing accounts and generating new business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, recruitment and delivering exceptional service, with plenty of autonomy, support and earning potential. You'll manage the full recruitment process while growing client partnerships and helping candidates secure their next career move. Please note due to the nature of this position you will be required to hold a full driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing and developing an established permanent recruitment desk

* Building and developing client relationships through proactive business development

* Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates

* Advertising vacancies and utilising social media platforms

* Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process from start to finish

* Achieving recruitment and sales targets

About You

* Previous recruitment experience is essential

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Driven, organised, and target-focused

* Confident in sales, negotiation, and business development

* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential, as travel to client sites and other locations will be required.
