Starting salary: £32,000 + uncapped commission from day one.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll work within the education recruitment market, connecting talented education professionals with schools.

Your role will include:

Interviewing and qualifying candidates
Building and maintaining candidate relationships
Developing relationships with schools and clients
Matching candidates with suitable opportunities
Managing your own pipeline
Working towards weekly KPIs
Business development
Sales and negotiation
Managing and growing client accounts
Building your personal network and reputation
Learning how to influence, negotiate and close
Working alongside experienced consultants and managersYou'll be surrounded by people who want to succeed.

And you'll receive constant coaching and development to help you get there.
