Opportunity to join a flourishing technical recruitment firm, who are expanding their London office and are looking for a recruitment consultant to join them working on roles within the built environment.
No experience is needed, just a drive to succeed, excellent communication skills, great work ethic and a natural ability to engage with people and communicate at all levels. You will need to be a good listener and clear communicator who is self-motivated and able to multitask.
Conrad Consulting is a successful firm who are celebrating their 25 years in the business by further expanding, and they are seeking a junior consultant who would like a career in recruiting.
You will join a highly collaborative team and be given ongoing training and development, to provide a clear and structured career path. As your experience grows, you will develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates under the guidance of senior consultants.
