We’re looking for 4 ambitious people to join our team and build a serious career in recruitment. ????

❌ You don’t need a degree.

❌ You don’t need the fanciest CV in the world.

???? YOUR FIRST 3 MONTHS AT NTER TALENT

You won’t just be thrown onto a desk and told to get on with it.

For your first 3 months, you’ll join our Global Recruitment Training Programme, working directly with our Co-Founder, Kirk Evans.

You’ll gain exposure to:

???????? UK Recruitment

???????? European Recruitment

???????? USA Recruitment

You’ll learn the full recruitment process, develop your skills as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, work across different markets and industries and experience how recruitment differs across the globe.

Then comes the exciting bit...

Once you’ve completed the programme, you won’t simply be placed into a random team.

We’ll assess where your strengths are, what markets suit you best and where you have the greatest opportunity to succeed — and place you into the Nter Talent team that best fits your skill set. ????
