The Role – Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Manage and develop your own 360 recruitment desk
Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Source, screen and interview candidates
Win new business through sales calls, client meetings and account development
Manage vacancies from brief through to placement
Deliver temporary and permanent recruitment solutions
Achieve KPIs, revenue targets and personal performance goals
Work closely with compliance and operational teams to provide an outstanding service
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)
Who We're Looking For
Full UK driving licence is essential
Resourcers, Delivery Consultants or Recruitment Consultants
Previous recruitment experience in any sector
Ambitious individuals looking to develop within a 360 recruitment and sales environment
Strong communicators with excellent relationship-building skills
Commercially minded, proactive and target-driven
