About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing business in Castleford. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a business with big plans for growth, where you’ll have the autonomy to build strong client relationships and make a real impact on the success of the business.
This is a 360 recruitment role you’ll be responsible for developing new business, winning clients and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.

The Role

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, LinkedIn and other business development activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and developing long-term partnerships.

Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from winning vacancies and taking job briefs through to sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates.
*
Develop and maintain a strong candidate network within health and safety
*
Negotiate fees, salaries and terms of business with clients.
*
Manage your own desk, pipeline and activity levels, working towards agreed targets and contributing to the wider growth of the business.

Provide a professional and consultative service to both clients and candidates, building a reputation as a trusted recruitment partner.
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within a 360 agency recruitment environment.
*
Confidence in business development, including making outbound calls and approaching new clients.
*
A commercially minded approach, with the motivation to win new business and grow a successful desk.
*
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
*
The ability to manage your own workload, prioritise effectively and work towards targets.
*
A proactive attitude, resilience and a genuine desire to succeed.
