Recruitment Consultant

Booth Welsh is looking to add a sales-focused consultant to their recruitment team.

We have our own recruitment division within the business that supports our clients within the technical engineering sector.

We need an ambitious recruiter who is self-driven and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Working as part of a successful team, you can work autonomously in our hybrid working environment. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their own clients and markets and impact on the wider business.

Role responsibilities / Role requirements for Recruitment Consultant

* Resourcing experience within a fast-moving environment.

* Account Management of new & existing Clients

* Writing and posting job adverts, managing the response, and assessing candidate’s suitability for advertised roles.

* Management of the candidate pipeline & candidate attraction.

* Manage the end-to-end staffing process implementing sourcing strategies, candidate screening, shortlisting, interviews, negotiating salaries and hourly rates.

* Preparing & submitting CVs.

* Produce and issue Contracts.

* Update Recruitment Database as required.

* Collating all documents required and ensuring all pre-employment checks are complete.

* Advise on market trends, salaries & hire strategy.

* To ensure all duties are compliant with all Company policies, procedures and standards.

* Technical Engineering recruitment experience (Other experience would be considered).

* Initiative-taker, motivated individual.
