Tank Recruitment is a specialist Technology and Engineering recruitment consultancy based in Cornwall. As the business grows, we're looking to add experienced recruiters at all levels, from consultants to established billers, across the team. The role offers scope to build a specialist desk or move into leadership, supported by structured training and market autonomy.

£27.5k-£40k base salary DOE, plus uncapped commission with no threshold

This is a 360 desk role within the Tech & Engineering market.
Identify, map, and win new business within your specialist sector
Build client relationships and source engineering and IT talent
Support junior consultants as the team grows
Represent Tank at industry events and onlineWhat we're looking for
An established 360 Recruitment Consultant, at any stage from a year or two in to senior biller level, with a track record in a fast-paced sector such as Professional Services, Construction, Finance, Commercial, Education, or Healthcare
Tech or Engineering sector experience is helpful but not required; core recruitment capability, winning business and managing a 360 process, matters more, with technical grounding provided through training
Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of a desk
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
