THE ROLE:
* Attracting, interviewing, Inducting & Onboarding of new workers.
* Ensuring the customer’s staffing requirements are fully met.
* Managing a temporary workforce.
* Responsible for weekly payroll and KPI reports.
* Responsible for PPE distribution and management.
* Daily liaison with client management and candidate pool.
* Attending daily operational meetings.
* Providing an out-of-hours telephone service for emergency purposes.
* Rotating weekly shifts (early & afternoon)
* Ensuring full compliance and legislative adherence.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENT
* Experience within the recruitment industry would be an advantage although training will be provided.
* Knowledge of manufacturing or processing environments an advantage
* Good IT skills including Word/Excel & email
