Our Engineering & Manufacturing Division is on a steady growth path and require a new Delivery Consultants to support existing and new business accounts.
Your responsibilities:
Taking detailed job specifications from your client or the sales team
Resourcing and qualification of candidates that match your client’s criteria for the role
Management of both clients and candidates’ expectations
Arrangement of interviews
Job Offer management
Expanding Orion's reach within the business to ensure all available business opportunities are maximised
Attendance of regular on-site client meetings
Sales lead generation
