PropRec Search is looking for an ambitious and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing new business opportunities, and making a real impact on both clients and candidates.

Supportive, collaborative, and dynamic team environment As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full 360 recruitment process, from winning new business to successfully placing candidates and maintaining long-term client relationships.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Management

Generate new business opportunities and develop lasting client relationships
Understand client hiring needs, company culture, and recruitment challenges
Provide strategic recruitment solutions and market insights Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment

Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels
Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline Advertising & Networking

Create compelling job advertisements to attract top talent
Utilise social media, job boards, and professional networks effectively
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand business connections Interview & Placement Management

Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
Provide guidance and feedback throughout the recruitment process
Manage offers, negotiations, and successful placements Market Intelligence

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and recruitment market conditions
Share market insights with clients and candidates What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role within a Recruitment Agency, a minimum of 2 years experience required
Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding recruitment targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
Self-motivated, driven, and commercially minded
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
