The Role
This is a unique opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant with at least 3 years of agency experience who is proficient in placing candidates and adept at account management.
Unlike traditional roles, this position does not require cold calling for new business, allowing you to focus on what you do best: matching top talent with great opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:

Utilising Boolean search techniques to identify top candidates ● Comfortably navigating recruitment software and CRMs to streamline the recruitment process

Maintaining and enhancing our outstanding client and candidate relationships

Who You Are

You have a minimum 3 years of recruitment agency experience
