RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT –Creative , Marketing ,Events ,Sports ,Media Recruitment

ACCOUNT MANAGER -WARM BUSINESS

Birmingham City Centre | Hybrid Working

£30,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

Are you currently working in recruitment and looking for a more supportive, less sales focussed, less KPIs and a more collaborative environment .In this role you will account manage and concentrate on building long-term relationships, whilst you develop your career and earn uncapped commission.

This consultative recruitment /account management role is focused on building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and connecting talented professionals with leading organisations across the Creative , Music ,Media ,Marketing ,Events & Exhibition recruitment sector

* Competitive basic salary (£30,000 - £40,000 DOE)

* Uncapped commission structure approx. £20k + in first year on top of basic salary,personal,team and group

The Opportunity

Working with a range of established clients across the Creative , Marketing ,Media, Sports Events ,Exhibition & Production,you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with businesses to identify and attract high-quality talent.

This is a relationship-led role where success comes from understanding client needs .A majority of the roles are through repeat business due to the outstanding customer service provided.

Responsibilities

* Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients .A small part of your role will be sales a majority managing accounts.

* Conducting client and candidate meetings both virtually and in person

* Taking detailed recruitment briefs and understanding business requirements

* Writing engaging and effective job advertisements

* Sourcing and attracting candidates through multiple channels

* Managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to offer stage

Experience required

* Previous experience in agency recruitment, ideally within permanent recruitment

* A consultative and professional approach to recruitment

* Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities

* A team-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
