Recruitment Consultant Role:
* Cultivate client relationships via sales calls and business development
* Manage and expand existing accounts
* Identify sales opportunities for client growth
* Assist clients with recruitment needs
* Source candidates and meet client specifications
* Create tailored advertisements and conduct diverse searches for candidates
Recruitment Consultant Requirements:
* Prior recruitment consultant experience and strong billing history (preferred but not essential)
* Hospitality background preferred
* Outstanding communication skills
