Recruitment Consultant

We’re looking for a confident, motivated and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll be responsible for building relationships with clients, sourcing great candidates and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

You’ll play an important part in developing new and existing business while ensuring both clients and candidates receive a professional, reliable and positive experience.

Salary is dependent on experience. Full training will be provided for the role.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.

* Sourcing, attracting and engaging suitable candidates across a range of industries.

* Proactively generating new business leads through outreach, networking and social media.

* Speaking with clients to understand their recruitment needs and providing suitable staffing solutions.

* Conducting candidate interviews, assessments and compliance checks.

* Matching candidates to vacancies based on their skills, experience and suitability.

* Creating and managing engaging job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms.

* Coordinating interviews, job offers and candidate onboarding.

* Maintaining regular communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Developing an understanding of the local market, industry trends and recruitment best practices.

* Working towards individual and team targets while contributing to the continued growth of the business.

* A full valid driving licence is essential.

Training & Development

Full training will be provided for the role, giving you the support and knowledge needed to develop your skills across candidate sourcing, client management, business development, compliance and the wider recruitment process.
