Lennox Recruitment is proud to be working with one of the UK's leading Education recruitment agencies who source teachers for Primary, Secondary and SEN schools in Central London
We're looking for a 360 Recruitment consultant with good Business Development skills (cold calling clients and winning new business).
Any previous sector experience is welcomed ????
Recruitment consultants will be running a Dual desk (Temp and Perm placements).
Here are the details -
* Base salary between £25-45k, depending on individual experience.
* 10% commission on permanent placements and up 25% on contract placements.
* up to 6 month guarantee on earnings for the right candidate.
* Working 7am - 4pm during term time and 9am - 3pm in the school holidays.
* 1 day a week remote working.
* On going training development
* Top billers earning 6 figures!
