Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our clients team on the outskirts of Dudley. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced Education sector environment and make a significant impact on our clients organisation.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment methods
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and job specifications
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Proven track record in lead generation and achieving recruitment targets
- 360 recruiter with the ability to increase a business desk
