* Conducting full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
* Building and maintaining a network of qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
* Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees.
* Stay updated on industry trends and identify top talent.
Skills:
* 1+ year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
* Strong relationship-building skills.
* Knowledge of employment labor laws.
