???? As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business-to-business sales, connecting top-tier talent with exciting career opportunities. Your expertise in building relationships and matching the right candidates with the right roles will be crucial in providing exceptional services to our clients.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Conducting comprehensive candidate searches through various channels
Screen, interview, and assess potential candidates
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Collaborating with the team to identify recruitment strategies and achieve targets
Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
???? Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or recruitment is advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
High level of customer service orientation
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites, as required
