Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday hybrid model!
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 basic depending on experience plus OTE uncapped bonus, this desk has massive potential and has been award winning
Location: Central Exeter modern luxury office

What you will be doing?

In charge of running and building upon a successful temps desk covering all of Devon and Cornwall, day to day this involves…

Interviewing; Coordinating and conducting interviews with candidates to ensure we have candidates ready for temporary work
Sales / Business Development; Via various methods of following up leads such as calling, sending emails, and dropping sales materials into prospective clients
Relationship building; Building long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients and candidates alike

Conducting meetings: Meeting with clients in person to showcase the services Office Angels offer and discussing temporary roles, winning new business and servicing existing clients
Matching candidates skills and expectations to a variety of temp roles
Advertising; Advertising on various job boards/portals
Candidate Attraction; Using various resourcing methods; such as LinkedIn, Job boards, etc
Candidate Care; Keeping in regular contact with registered candidates to maintain up-to-date records
Audit: Keeping and maintaining all compliant information about both candidates and clients as per company policy

Confident liaising face-to-face with a variety of different people

Must have had experience working in business and showing you can deliver a high level of service with area knowledge and business acumen
